Proceed across Walnut St. Bri dge and proceed on South Walnut Street, which leads into Broadway. Go straight for about three miles. Southport Primary Care is on the left hand side, across from Broadway Middle School.
From Route 17
Travelling east, take "Elmira" exit, and going west "Church Street" exit. Proceed down Church Street for eight traffic lights and turn left onto Walnut Street and proceed as above.
From Southside Elmira
Proceed south on Broadway and Southport Primary Care is across form Broadway Middle School.

From Elmira (Horseheads) Heading West on Route 17 (I-86) Proceed west on Route 17(I-86) past the Arnot Mall. take exit 49, Olcott Road/Canal Street exit. At top of exit at stop sign make a left turn. Process to the next stop sign and make another left turn. At the next stop sign proceed straight and you will see the building that sits back on the left. This is the Big Flats Primary Care.

From Corning Heading East on Route 17 (I-86)
Follow the above directions with the exception that at the end of the exit ramp you will make a right turn

From the City of Elmira -Proceed on Church Street through West Elmira. Continue out through County Route 352. Just up past te only traffice light on Route 352 veer to the right (follow signs for Big Flats). At the end of that road make a left hand turn onto Main Street followed by an immediate right turn onto Canal Street. Proceed to stp sign by Minier's Market, turn right and the Big Flats Primary Care is on te left.

Take "Elmira" exit if heading east and "Church Street" exit if heading west. Proceed on Church Street, past two red lights and take a left hand turn onto Washington St. The Elmira Medical Arts Building is on your right. Elmira Primary Care is located on the second floor of the building.
